What is the borrower ID?

It is your library card number. You will find it on the back of your library card underneath the barcode. It is 13 digits long and must be typed in without any spaces between the numbers.

What is my PIN?

Your PIN is a 4 digit number assigned to you when you received your library card. If you did not specifically select a PIN, the system assigns one to you, which will be the last 4 digits of the home phone number you gave to us at the time you signed up for your card. You may change your PIN either online or at the checkout desk in the library.
